Barar Homes was established in 2018 with a clear mission to build innovative and architecturally unique homes. Decades long established contractors, architects and planning consultants have been strategically and rigorously chosen to help build a reputation for forward thinking homes fuelled by green technologies and innovative construction methods. Our consistently superior homes are not only air tight, but centrally ventilated and heated/cooled by renewable energy without exception. This formula is never compromised. Combined with beautiful finishes and functional design, our brand is synonymous with quality and cutting edge homes that use a fraction of the energy compared to the average property built across the UK today. Air source heat pumps, SIPs construction where appropriate, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery and triple glazed windows are just some of the examples we employ across our builds to ensure that the end user can enjoy low cost luxury, well beyond the point of purchase.

By collaborating with a select list of selling agents we endeavour to provide a seamless, consistent and dedicated service from the very start of your home buying experience through to completion and beyond. We also provide bespoke and fully comprehensive new homes guides upon completion as well as hand over sessions with our key contractors to help you settle in as quickly and as comfortably as possible. We endeavour to make the entire purchase process as stress-free as possible allowing you to enjoy the excitement of moving into your new home.
