Chapel Lane

Completed in 2024, Chapel Lane involved the demolition of two deteriorating semi-detached properties and their redevelopment to provide six apartments together with a detached family home.

Structural insulated panels were used as the primary construction system, combining high levels of insulation and airtightness with the programme advantages of off-site manufacture.

A traditional brick external treatment was retained, allowing modern construction technology to sit behind a familiar and durable architectural finish.

These unique homes once again incorporated air source heat pumps and enhanced insulation, alongside carefully planned interiors designed to maximise natural light and usable space.
