148 London Road involved the careful conversion and redevelopment of a former six-bedroom HMO into four contemporary apartments, combining modern internal design with the retention of the building’s original character and street presence.

The scheme was approached with a strong focus on improving both functionality and long-term building performance, creating a collection of one and two-bedroom apartments designed around modern living, efficient layouts, and upgraded specification throughout.

Particular attention was given to balancing contemporary interiors with sympathetic external treatment, allowing much of the property’s original period character to be retained while introducing clean architectural detailing and modern construction upgrades.
