Barar Homes was established in 2018 with a clear focus on delivering architecturally distinctive, energy-efficient homes built around long-term quality and commercial discipline. Working alongside carefully selected contractors, architects and planning consultants, we take a hands-on approach to residential development, combining thoughtful design with practical delivery experience.

Our developments incorporate modern construction methods and high-performance building fabric where appropriate, including SIPs construction, air source heat pumps, MVHR systems and high-specification glazing. These technologies are not adopted for marketing purposes, but because they contribute to lower operational costs, improved comfort, enhanced durability and long-term performance for the end user.
