Ambassador Court

Ambassador Court marked one of Barar Homes’ earliest substantial residential projects and involved the conversion and extension of a former 18-bedroom hotel to create twelve apartments.

The existing building required significant reconfiguration to create practical residential layouts while making effective use of the original structure.

Planning, design and construction therefore had to be considered together from an early stage, with particular attention given to layout efficiency, natural light, circulation and the integration of upgraded building services.

The completed development created a collection of modern apartments from an underutilised existing asset and provided an important foundation for the larger residential schemes that followed.
