Each review is based on real-world development and delivery experience, focused on identifying whether the numbers, assumptions, and overall risk profile are commercially realistic.  Over 50 properties later, we have fostered a deep understanding of what works, where schemes can be improved, how to maximise the GDV, but crucially when it is best to walk away.
